Gestalt Therapy

I work according to the humanistic principles of Gestalt Therapy. Holism, dialogue and contact at eye level, integration of contradictions and creativity are the foundations of my work and offer me a broad spectrum of therapeutic tools.

I offer a protected space and favorable framework in which you can come into contact with the issues that are important to you. In an individual therapy session, I will accompany you through phases of great change, uncertainty, fear, but also joy and confidence.

The method I use is Gestalt Therapy.

Gestalt Therapy is a recognized psychotherapy approach endorsed by the Federal Ministry of Health in Austria. Contrary to common misconceptions, the term „Gestalt therapy“ does not originate from design or art but rather from Gestalt psychology, a field within humanistic psychology that focuses on perception. This therapeutic method integrates components from psychoanalysis, Gestalt psychology, field theory, existentialism, phenomenology, and the philosophy of dialogue by Martin Buber.
